GM789 is strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Providing false age information is a serious breach and will result in immediate account closure. Local laws in Pakistan may impose additional restrictions on participation.
Each individual may register and maintain only one GM789 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions and expiry periods. Bonuses must be claimed and used in accordance with the stated promotion terms. Misuse or abuse of bonus offers will result in forfeiture and potential account action.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit source where possible. Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting systems, money laundering, bonus abuse and any other conduct that undermines the fairness or integrity of GM789 is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and referral to relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GM789 holds its operating license. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their participation. These Terms do not override applicable local law.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between GM789 (hereinafter referred to as "GM789", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at gm789.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you" or "your").
GM789 operates as an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers and associated account management tools.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Important: GM789 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the Platform — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, all references to "you" shall apply equally to that entity.
GM789 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license conditions, to register an Account and use the Services. GM789 enforces strict age verification. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed, all transactions voided and any funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country, state, province or territory of residence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation. GM789 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for a User's failure to comply with local law.
You must not register an Account or use the Services if:
Providing false information regarding your age, identity or jurisdiction during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and preferred currency.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on GM789. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, GM789 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally. In the event of unauthorised access or suspected security breach, you must notify GM789 support immediately via Live Chat or the support email.
You must promptly notify GM789 of any changes to your registered details. Submitting false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension pending investigation or permanent Account closure.
GM789 is required to carry out identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations under its operating license. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any stage of your Account's lifecycle.

GM789 will endeavour to process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Delays may occur if submitted documents are unclear, incomplete or inconsistent with Account registration details. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. All amounts are processed in PKR or an equivalent currency as indicated. GM789 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits based on Account status, verification level or responsible gambling controls applied to your Account.
Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation. GM789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party deposits.
Your Account currency is set at the time of registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where currency conversion is applied, exchange rates and any applicable conversion fees will be displayed within the cashier prior to confirming a transaction.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your Account, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier.
As a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure, GM789 will wherever possible return withdrawal funds to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative withdrawal arrangements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may require additional documentation.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier. Withdrawal limits may be subject to your Account verification tier, VIP status and any responsible gambling limits you have set on your Account.
GM789 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms or where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided. In such circumstances, GM789 will notify the User and provide an opportunity to address the outstanding matter within a reasonable period.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and VIP programme rewards offered by GM789 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, qualifying games, minimum odds conditions, time limits and maximum bet-per-round restrictions are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributed to it.
GM789 monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or using automated systems to generate bonus turnover. Where bonus abuse is detected, GM789 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, confiscate associated winnings and take further Account action up to and including permanent closure.
GM789 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered by a User.
All sports bets placed on GM789 are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market, as published in the Help Center and applicable at the time the bet is accepted. GM789 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been listed in error, contain incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or relate to events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer game outcomes are subject to the physical results of each game round. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, GM789 will follow the documented disconnection policy for that game type, which is available in the Help Center.
GM789 shall not be liable for any system, technical, human or other errors that result in void bets, incorrect odds or misdisplayed game information. Where a palpable error has occurred — including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds — GM789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Balance.
A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. GM789 accepts no liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on GM789 and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and/or referral to relevant authorities:
GM789 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraud or financial crime is suspected, where KYC requirements have not been met within a reasonable period, or where required by applicable law or a competent authority.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Before your Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided there are no outstanding compliance matters. Bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
An Account is considered dormant after a continuous period of inactivity as specified in the Platform's dormant account policy. Dormancy charges may apply in accordance with that policy, which is available in the Help Center. GM789 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any dormancy fee is applied.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of GM789 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of GM789.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GM789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other commercial or financial loss.
GM789's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GM789 makes no warranties — express, implied or statutory — regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Platform will be free from errors or harmful components.

GM789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it could reasonably affect your rights or obligations as a User — we will provide at least 14 days' notice via a prominent banner on the Platform or by email to your registered address, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GM789 holds its operating license.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact GM789 support via Live Chat or the published support email to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that participation in online gambling may be subject to local laws including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. These Terms do not override, diminish or modify any rights or obligations arising under applicable Pakistani law.
